Carey Gully Sandstone has be utilised in many early learning centres, pre and primary schools over the last year. Our natural boulders, flagstones and wallers are used to create climbing frames, retaining walls, creek beds and sand pits.
The Nature Play concept is trying to capture the imagination of young Australians, helping them to become more aware of the environment and beautiful natural surroundings we, as Australians are blindingly driving past everyday.
At Carey Gully Sandstone we are very lucky to be situated in the majestic Adelaide Hills, being able to enjoy nature everyday. We have always believed that working in a quarry would be every little boys dream job. Where else do you get to play in the mud and dirt all day, with big machinery building roads, mountains and streams.
